We've been home in Olympic most of September, but

We've been home in Olympic most of September, but we're so excited to get back out to the Cascades to start finishing out our season for the year!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We have been blown away by the generosity, kindness, and love shared by our couples this year. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cannot wait to keep sharing more experiences from this year as our year *somewhat* starts winding down!

We grew up with wheat fields and a golden brown hu

We grew up with wheat fields and a golden brown hue sweeping across endless fields all around us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

To us, it seems so out of place and almost otherworldly to have it juxtaposed against the Olympic mountains. It reminds us of where we grew up and chasing big open skies.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Sometimes our style changes a little when we're reminded of big open spaces. It makes us feel so nostalgic ❤️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

They spend a lot of free time exploring forest roads with their Jeep and two dogs. So we were really excited to be able to get them comfortable doing something they loved on their elopement day!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Incorporating things from your relationship/things you do together really helps us get to document the nature of your relationship. But it also helps you relax, feel comfortable, and be in your happy place!

The only place that receives more rainfall in the US than the Olympic Peninsula is Kauai. Which makes this place, our little corner of the world, one of the greenest places you can visit (or elope).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It really is this green! Even in the winter months, it's still flourishing with ferns and greens everywhere. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We were so excited to share this place for their ceremony on a quiet morning without anyone else around. It was such a peaceful way to start thejr day.
